Asti, August 2016 – Valentina Truppa retires from all national team activities. “For a certain period the Italian rider will not take part into all international dressage competitions such as qualifying legs and Championships. The decision is due to her emotional mood in consequence of the well known recent events. Valentina will keep now the focus on the training of her young horses”, stated the father and international dressage judge Enzo Truppa.
“The loss of Scuderia Federale Dressage forces a revision of all economic efforts all international competitions require – adds Truppa – Valentina and her colleagues of the Centro Equestre Monferrato must now consider the situation has changed and adapt their programs for the future”.
The day after Rio seems tough for Valentina Truppa who says: “It was not an easy decision for me but that’s it. I hope my fans and all our friends will wait for our comeback with all the young horses we are working with”.
