The Netherlands continued its brilliant run in the Adequan© Para Dressage at the FEI World Equestrian Games™ Tryon today with Rixt van der Horst successfully defending her individual title from Normandy 2014. There was joy too for Italy’s Sara Morganti riding Royal Delight, as she upgraded her WEG 2014 Grade Ia individual silver to a gold in Grade I, while Team USA scored its first ever WEG medal with Rebecca Hart taking bronze in Grade III, in front of a delighted home audience in the Tryon Arena

For the second day running Denmark went head-to-head with Para-Equestrian Dressage powerhouse Great Britain as the two nations dominated a compelling final day of Freestyle to Music action in Gothenburg’s Heden Arena at the Longines FEI European Championships 2017.
After a day of drama, intrigue and nail-biting tension, Great Britain squeezed through to retain their FEI Para-Equestrian Dressage European Championships team title by the slimmest of margins, relying on a magical final ride from superstar debutant, Julie Payne with the mare Athene Lindebjerg.
