Tomorrow, the intercontinental Longines Masters Series Paris - Hong Kong - New York, one of the world's most prestigious showjumping competitions, will enter the halfway point of its season III at AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong.

Hong Kong, 8 february 2018 – Tomorrow, the intercontinental Longines Masters Series Paris – Hong Kong – New York, one of the world’s most prestigious showjumping competitions, will enter the halfway point of its season III at AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong. Following the conclusion of its European leg in Paris, the Asian leg of the Series will bring together the best in showjumping & lifestyle worldwide for three days of top-tier competition, from 9th to 11th February.

Driven by a desire to give equestrian sports the exposure they deserve and attract new international audiences, EEM, the company that founded, organizes and owns the Longines Masters Series, has launched a new digital channel, EEM.TV, which will broadcast – live, VOD and free of charge – all the competitions of theLongines Masters of Hong Kong.

EEM.tv will offer more than 40 hours of live broadcasting, including all the competitions. The highlights of the Longines Masters series on three continents will be available on EEM.tv, such as the Longines Speed Challenge, the power test Masters Power presented in Asia by Maserati, and of course the Longines Grand Prix of Hong Kong, support of the Grand Slam Indoor and its Super Bonus of 2.25M€. Will Daniel Desseur align three consecutive victories in Paris, Hong Kong and New York in this season III?

Even better, you can watch repeatedly the unmissable of the Asian leg of this world class event: the HKJC Race of the Riders, an American style bridging between the best Asian Jockeys and the world’s best riders and the HKJC Trophy, a competition between the best riders of the Masters One.

The specially-produced talk show “Masters Talks” hosted by Belgian TV journalist Marlène de Wouters and of course behind-the-scenes interviews with the greatest riders, artistic talents and all the key actors who will make the Longines Masters of Hong Kong a unique event. The competitions will feature commentary in English by Gareth Jamkins and in French by Philippe Lejeune Jr. (live and on demand), Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin, on demand).

Today, the first edition of the Asia Horse Week opens its doors as part of the Longines Masters of Hong Kong.

From February 8th to 11th, Asia Horse Week will offer lectures with more than 60 leading figures from the global equestrian industry, from 18 different regions and countries, representatives of national equestrian federations or regional equestrian centers, and as many as other actors who will gather around key topics for the development of the equestrian sector in Asia, a booming region.

Stage of the Longines Masters series on three continents and one of the greatest events of the world’s showjumping calendar for 6 years, the Longines Masters of Hong Kong represents a major vector of promotion and support to the development of equestrian sports in Asia. Asia Horse Week reinforces this dynamic by offering a series of seminars and conferences “talks” based on the exchange of knowledge and experience, but also pop-up stores presenting the best products of the equestrian sector.
