Verden (Ger), 19 may 2020 – Successful start on the web for the Hannover online auction. Altogether the 22 offered foals achieved an average price of 10,364 Euros and the top price was scored by So One that was sold to Us buyers.

The son of So Unique/Diamond Hit So One (breeder:Willem Klausing GbR, Diepholz, exhibitor: A. Hartley, Moscow/RUS) comes from one of the best dam lines. Successful stallions, awarded mares and numerous dressage and show jumping horses can be traced back to the foundation mare Pension. Equipped with the very best genes and impressive movements, this expressive colt will remain in Germany. The chestnut will grow up with Eva Möller, who won the Bundeschampionat and the FEI/WBFSH World Breeding Championships for young dressage horses with his sire, So Unique.

The foal after next already achieved another top price. Viva Las Vegas by Viva Gold/Foundation (b. a. e.: Reinhard Baumgartner, Kamern) was worth 20,500 Euros to a breeder from Bavaria. The big framed bay is already the third foal that the mare Formidable has sent over the Verden catwalk at a considerable sales price.

Blue Star by Big Star/Diacontinus (b. a. e.: Eggerk Groenewold, Weener) has a top class jumper pedigree. This was also appreciated by Bavarian buyers. They invested 14,000 Euros in the bay, who was born in East Frisia.

After a short interruption due to technical problems at the beginning of the final phase, the first Verden online auction of the year started into an interesting final phase. “Numerous users were present during all four days of the online auction”, says managing director Wilken Treu. “For the majority of the collection we had of course the most ‘traffic’ on Saturday.“
