Bologna, 30 October 2023 – Thanks to the renewed synergy between passion, professionalism and love for the equestrian world, a top initiative is back on Saturday 18 November 2023. This is Il Borro Auction Experience, a new way of conceiving horse auctions.

Based on the principle of experiential events, Il Borro, a magnificent estate in the heart of Valdarno, 1100 hectares of pure wonder, wanted to combine breeding excellence with a truly special location. And from this union comes an event that, beyond its own specific value, speaks of an experience to be lived.

Wine cellars, cuisine, the location itself speak of history and traditions will once again provide the backdrop for a fascinating equestrian ‘red carpet’.

A relevant technical content

The organisers of Auction Experience 2023, alongside Il Borro, are MVD and Flanders Foal.

MDV Stallions is one of the best known national and international centres for artificial insemination. Renowned equestrian centre in the green heart of Tuscany, since 2018, Il Borro has specialised in breeding, with qualitative mares and semen of important stallions.

Flanders Foal, on its side, is a leader in embryo auctions. Thanks to its very rigorous selection process that allows only the best of international bloodlines to be offered, Flanders Foal has become a reference, backed by the satisfaction of customers and organisers at international level.

The Borro Auction Experience edition 2022 speaks precisely of this satisfaction. For the number of adjudications, for the €90,000 top price, but above all for the average price achieved, one of the highest ever.

With a collection of embryos that is one of the best in the world, the Borro Auction Experience 2023 once again wants to emphasise the quality and professionalism with which each pregnancy is ensured up to a month after birth. The Borro Auction Experience 2023

Once again, guests from all over the world are expected for this year’s edition. Alongside the many confirmations from 2022, many well-known personalities from Belgium, England, Germany and the Arab Emirates have already expressed their will to attend the Borro Auction Experience 2023.

On their arrival, guests will be welcomed with a tour-aperitif in the underground tunnel of barriques, pupitres and amphorae of Borro’s evocative wine cellar. Then they are invited to the Gala Dinner, with the best Italian cuisine and the finest wines from the Il Borro cellar.

Numerous performances and live shows will alternate with the auctions, to maintain a high level of involvement and interest among all the guests.

The ‘after dinner’ will be the most glamorous moment, with live music and entertainment.
